Jeffrey Gaines returns to The Room at Cedar Grove Sept. 23

Recording artist Jeffrey Gaines’ live performances have earned him a loyal fan base, and more than a few followers are in Lewes, thanks to concerts at The Room at Cedar Grove.

The guitarist will return to the venue at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 23, for a concert/wine dinner to benefit Paul Kares, a nonprofit that supports young musicians and aspiring culinary professionals.

Born in Harrisburg, Pa., Gaines topped record sales charts with an acoustic cover of Peter Gabriel’s “In Your Eyes.” 

However, his audiences appreciate his own compositions, direct lyrics and songs about relatable subjects.

Gaines, who has more than five albums under his belt, has opened for Melissa Etheridge and Tom Petty, and appeared on morning and late-night television shows.

Tickets are $85 and include the concert and four-course wine dinner.
