Lewes snowflakes light up life

December 1, 2023

I was lucky to be on the second-floor front porch of my house on Park Avenue when the Lewes crew was installing the snowflakes on the utility poles. Since I was at eye-level with the worker and watching him maneuver the snowflake toward the pole, I told him that I have named my snowflake "Freddie" for my deceased husband. He smiled and laughed. I then added, "You light up my life." He again smiled as he descended to the sidewalk. Thank you, Lewes, for making my life brighter at Christmas!
