Magnificent Mamas Collective luncheon set April 19

The Magnificent Mamas Collective will host Dr. Danielle Giddins at its lunch with a purpose set for 12 p.m., Wednesday, April 19, at Atlantic Social, 19340 Lighthouse Plaza Blvd., Rehoboth Beach.

Giddins will discuss Neuro Emotional Technique and how it can help individuals struggling to release unresolved stressors that may be affecting their physical and emotional well-being. She will provide an overview of acute versus chronic stress and how stress can manifest in the body. Attendees will also learn about the use of NET to uncover stressors and the healing power of this technique.
