Milton Arts Guild to open Monochromatic Show April 7

The Milton Arts Guild will open its latest exhibit, a Monochromatic Art Show and Sale, at a reception from 5 to 7 p.m., Friday, April 7, at 310 Walnut St.
The reception will showcase paintings, sculpture, and photography set in single color, in a monochromatic style. This show features work in monotone color with tints, shades and values. This style is contemporary despite its ancient roots, and the works appear timeless, dramatic and bring a new perspective to the artists’ subjects and images.
