New sales associates announced at Patterson-Schwartz of Rehoboth Beach

February 2, 2018

Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate recently welcomed Bill Peiffer, Beth Bozman and Georgie Penny (née Buck) to its Rehoboth Beach sales team.

Peiffer, a Rehoboth Beach resident since 1978, has led a successful 35-year career in the local real estate industry as a full-time sales professional and broker. He grew up in Lebanon County, Pa., and vacationed in Rehoboth as a teenager before deciding to relocate to the Delaware coastal area more than 40 years ago. A former local pharmacy manager, Peiffer has specialized in single-family home, condominium, land and commercial property sales since 1983 and, for over 20 years, has been recognized nationally as ranking among the top 1 to 5 percent of agents for sales in the United States.

A self-proclaimed perfectionist, Peiffer attributes his success to striving to provide the very best service for every transaction. "Challenging transactions and long-distance service are my specialty. I love my profession, and I aim to make a client for life," he said. His personal interests include gardening, family and traveling. To reach Bill Peiffer, call 302-542-9318 or email bpeiffer@psre.com.

Bozman has six years of experience in the local real estate industry and is a Certified Military Residential Specialist. She is a graduate of the College of New Jersey with a master's from Old Dominion University, and has a combined 30-year career as a college-level head field hockey coach for both Princeton and Duke universities. Born in Salisbury, Md., she has owned property in Rehoboth Beach since 1990 and became a proud permanent resident in 2011.

In addition to specializing in residential property sales in Sussex County, Bozman serves as the current coach of the U.S. Field Hockey Masters Team for the 2018 World Cup. She serves the local community as a volunteer and board of trustees member for Epworth United Methodist Church. She is a self-proclaimed fitness junkie and avid runner. To reach Beth Bozman, call 302-841-9435 or email bbozman@psre.com.

Penny joins the firm as a member of the Julie Ellis-Hall sales team. She is a graduate of Cape Henlopen High School and has a degree in agricultural and technology education from the University of Delaware. A fourth-generation Delaware beach resident, Penny was born and raised in Lewes. In 2009, she relocated to her husband's home state of Texas where she worked as a high school technology teacher for six years. Penny, who currently lives in Lewes with her husband and son, moved back to the local area  in June 2017 to be close to the beach and her family. Her love and knowledge of the Delaware coastal region as well as a strong set of interpersonal skills fueled her interest in real estate sales. She considers herself very tech-savvy, is Google certified and has extensive experience in graphic design and photography.

In addition to her real estate license, Penny holds a Delaware teaching license and serves as a substitute in the Cape Henlopen School District, volunteers in local classrooms and teaches for the Cape Carousel after-school program. She looks forward to assisting home buyers and sellers in her newest professional role. To reach Georgie Penny, call 936-662-7374 or email gpenny@psre.com.
