Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty announce Stephen Cremen and Scarlett Stout have joined its team of experienced Realtors.

As a former Verizon executive, Cremen knows customers value a smooth and seamless experience. That means managing the real estate process from start to finish, translating industry jargon and providing clear, concise and timely updates. He is committed to providing his clients with the highest level of concierge service, including personal assistance related to all aspects of the purchase or sale of a property. A full-time resident of Rehoboth Beach, Cremen has deep roots in the community. As an avid tech enthusiast, Cremen enjoys learning about new services and devices, especially related to green energy and electric cars.

Stout is a proud Sussex County native with extensive experience as a real estate agent and a deep passion for cultivating enduring relationships. She is joining the brokerage as part of the Andy Staton Home Services team and has been actively representing buyers and sellers in the local coastal Delaware market since 2017, assisting first-time homebuyers across Sussex County as well as helping secondary homebuyers find their dream beachfront homes. During her real estate career, she has held leadership roles at another distinguished local brokerage and received regional accolades while mentoring fellow agents. A graduate of Cape Henlopen High School, Stout completed the Villanova University’s Women’s Leadership Development Program and is excited to use her expertise and dedication to her buyers and sellers at Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty.
