Pathways to Success holds Pamper Me Pretty event

April 13, 2024

At its Georgetown office, Pathways to Success recently held Pamper Me Pretty, an event for the girls in its program who attend Cape Henlopen, Milford, Polytech, Seaford and Sussex Tech high schools.

The girls certainly were pampered, with personal items donated by Linda Willimer of I Support the Girls; makeovers and goodie bags from Brandon Tatum-Poole’s Vogue on 24; tea products from Wanda Guitton of Coffee Rendezbrew; hair tips from Haley Timmons, a Pathways alum and owner of the Makeover Place; La Shell Christy and Martha Allen with Aruilla’s Closet and Things; and LaTisha Dismuke-Belmont of a Taste of Jazz LLC, who catered the wonderful food.

Fay Blake, founder and executive director, said, “The young ladies had a wonderful time. This was a time for them to be pampered and appreciated! This was all about the girls, for sure! Thanks to our Program Manager Valerie Onley, who organized the event, and all that participated in this special day.”
