Realtor Diane Clarke joins Delmarva Resorts Realty

Delmarva Resorts Realty has announced that new agent Diane Clarke has joined its office. Clarke recently relocated from northern New Jersey, where she was a licensed real estate agent for 17 years. She brings with her extensive experience in residential, investment and new construction real estate.

With over $200 million in sales under her belt, she is ready to help clients purchase or sell a home. She has been honored with several awards throughout her career, including The Presidential Sales Award; Gold, Silver and Bronze status with Garden State Multiple Listing Service; and advertising and marketing awards from Realtor.com, just to name a few.

Her certifications include relocation specialist, foreclosure and short sales, e-pro, and Senior Real Estate Specialist, making her an expert for the 55 and over customer. She also has experience dealing with 1031 exchanges for investors. She has acquired substantial knowledge of Lewes, Rehoboth, Bethany Beach and surrounding areas while searching for her own personal residence and investment properties.
