Thank you, Michael Bednarek, for sharing your views on 330 Rehoboth Ave. I agree that the building is an eyesore, especially as everyone sees it as they come into town. A new structure (hotel with underground parking) would make a significant improvement to visitors and homeowners as well. The city and contractor should start working together.
I also cannot understand why it is taking so long to approve a rezoning request. There are an office building, a restaurant and the VFW right across State Road from 330 Rehoboth Ave. Other issues can be worked out as the process moves along.
