Rehoboth Beach man faces rape, child abuse charges
A Rehoboth Beach man faces charges of rape and crimes against children going back to 2016, police say.
Ryan Riley, 37, was indicted June 12 in Sussex County Superior Court on two counts of first-degree rape, two counts of first-degree unlawful sexual contact, continuous sexual abuse of a child, second-degree rape, and sexual abuse of a child by a person in a position of trust, authority or supervision. He was arraigned at Sussex County Superior Court and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $100,000 cash bail.
