The Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company responded to a house fire in the 37000 block of Oyster House Road in Rehoboth Beach at 9:27 a.m., July 24. First arriving units from Rehoboth reported the house was fully involved.

Rehoboth firefighters were assisted by Lewes Fire Department, Indian River Fire Company, Bethany Beach Fire Company and Sussex County EMS. Covering the Rehoboth Beach fire stations during the fire were the Millsboro and Milton fire companies.

There was no one home at the time of the alarm. There were no injuries reported. The Delaware State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the cause of the fire.

An online fundraiser to benefit the residents displaced by the fire - Timothy O'Hara and his sons, 7-year-old Ezekiel O'Hara and 12-year-old Timothy O'Hara Jr. - can be found at https://gofund.me/2g9cv3yn.
