The Rusty Rudder in Dewey Beach was the scene of the annual New Year’s Eve celebration Dec. 31. The event featured a buffet dinner, open bar and music by Love Seed Mama Jump, JJ Rupp, The Loop, The Jump Off, DJ Scooter and DJ Andrew Hugh.
