The St. Jude the Apostle Church Knights of Columbus had a successful Oktoberfest thanks to numerous supporters.
The Oct. 8 event was held in St. Jude’s Parish Hall on Route 1 near Five Points. The afternoon of fun featured Bavarian music, dancing and marching led by Burgermeister Johanne’s Happy Dutchmen Ooompah Band from Virginia Beach. It was an event of faith, family, friendship, food and fun. There were drawings, raffles, contests and prizes.
