The annual Friends of Cape Henlopen State Park Wine, Beer and Cheese Tasting event returned April 13, drawing in a lively crowd of local residents and visitors eager to indulge in a delightful assortment of beverages and gourmet snacks. Hosted at picturesque Cape Henlopen State Park, attendees were treated to a carefully curated selection of wines, craft beers and artisanal cheeses designed to delight the tastebuds.

The event aimed to not only provide a memorable experience for attendees but also to raise funds in support of conservation efforts and educational programs within the park. By showcasing the best of local beverages and culinary offerings, the event highlighted the rich flavors of the region and underscored the importance of preserving and appreciating the natural beauty of Cape Henlopen. With its success this year, organizers are already looking forward to next year's event, promising an even more engaging and enjoyable experience for all who attend. R & L Liquors in Lewes graciously provided wine and beer for the event.
