Hundreds of Sussex County elected officials and town administrators dined on filet mignon and crab imperial-stuffed shrimp Dec. 6, at the Boardwalk Plaza Hotel in Rehoboth Beach for the Sussex County Association of Towns holiday party. City of Milford Mayor Archie Campbell is ascending to the SCAT presidency, while Town of Millville Mayor Ron Belinko is stepping down. Town of Georgetown Mayor Bill West will serve as SCAT’s first vice president and City of Seaford Vice Mayor Dan Hendersen will serve as second vice president.
