We in Sussex County need to have a noise ordinance.
I have called the police on multiple occasions about a dog barking for hours at 2, 3, 4 a.m. in a residential neighborhood.
It is ridiculous to not have an ordinance for such a thing.
Also almost all other counties have some kind of policy about quiet hours and disturbing the peace.
We need to lobby to have this ordinance added to our laws so all of us can enjoy the beauties and quiet of the county.
