Suzanne M. Tugya, loved flowers, gardening
Suzanne M. Tugya passed away at home Friday, Dec. 1, 2023. Sue was born in New Brunswick, N.J., in 1947, to the late Paul and Velma (Wilson) Lovas.
She moved to Delaware in 2013. Sue was a fantastic wife and friend, a great mother, and a wonderful grandmother to her eight grandchildren. Sue loved to decorate and inspire others to try different things. Flowers and gardening were her favorite activities. She was very outgoing and made friends easily, many of them becoming lifelong friends. Most of all, she will be remembered as a loving wife and devoted mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Robert, of Milton; a son, Todd Tugya (Kim) of Bel Air, Md.; two daughters, Ashley Midura (Chris) and Melissa Conk of Allentown, N.J.; and her beloved grandchildren, Hailey, Kylie, Hunter, Brynn, Colton, Harper, Grace and Rylee.
A memorial mass will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 12, at St. Jude the Apostle Church, 152 Tulip Dr., Lewes. A time of visitation will begin at 10 a.m.
Arrangements are in the care of Short Funeral Services, Milton.
