Top Chef of Culinary Coast to benefit Meals on Wheels May 15

The 10th Annual Top Chef of the Culinary Coast event to benefit Meals on Wheels Lewes-Rehoboth is set for 6 to 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 15, at Ivy in Dewey Beach. There will be free parking.

In support of homebound seniors, friends and neighbors, attendees can dig in to exclusive samplings from the Cape Region’s top chefs and bartenders, and then cast their votes for their favorite dishes in several categories.

Live musical entertainment will be provided by 2nd Time Around, while live and silent auctions will offer chances for guests to bid on one-of-a-kind items. Tickets are $80 in advance and $90 at the door. Presenting sponsors are W. E. Cross Charitable Foundation and Meineke Car Care Center in Lewes. Top Chef of the Culinary Coast is the only local chefs’ event where every penny raised stays in Sussex County to benefit homebound neighbors in Rehoboth, Lewes and Harbeson.
