Tower Hill Clubhouse wins Max+ Awards

The Maryland Building Industry Association’s Sales & Marketing Council presented Carl M. Freeman Companies with three MAX+ awards for the Tower Hill Clubhouse in Lewes.

The clubhouse project was honored in the categories of Outstanding Building Product, Outstanding Merchandising, and Outstanding Design and Architecture.

The MAX+ program recognizes local home builders, remodelers, salespeople, architects and new home merchandisers who provide buyers with excellence in design, livability and value.

"These awards are designed to recognize the industry’s best craftsmanship and innovation in new homes and remodeling," said Lori Graf, MBIA CEO. "The homes our members create, sell and remodel transform our communities into homes." 

The judges considered the entries in such areas as floor plan layout, quality and convenience features, overall design and value.

"Accepting these awards for our clubhouse is a celebration of more than just architecture and design; it's a recognition of the transformative power of spaces where neighbors evolve into lifelong friends. The clubhouse features an outdoor pool and hot tub, pickleball and bocci courts, community garden plots, outdoor kitchen, shuffleboard, billiards room. and fitness room.
