Transgender bathroom use a ‘non-issue’

March 20, 2017

Being someone looking from the outside looking in, I feel some common sense should be raised regarding transgender individuals and bathroom use. In my opinion, they are making a mountain out of a molehill. There are other more pressing issues than bathroom use.

If an individual has to use a bathroom that they are comfortable using, let them go for it. To my knowledge, there is no bathroom police checking birth records or "private parts" when nature calls.

I am of the mindset that this "issue" is almost a non-issue, and a small group of publicity-seeking individuals are making it the issue of the hour just to see their name in print and support their cause of the moment.
