A Jeep and Chrysler mini-van collided head-on, officials said.
A two-car crash Nov. 11 closed Beaver Dam Road as firefighters worked to extricate passengers.
The crash happened at 6:45 p.m. near Steeple Chase Road when a Jeep SUV and a Chrysler Pacifica mini-van collided head-on, said officials.
Emergency response units from Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Indian River responded to help extricate occupants, and assist with traffic control.
Delaware State Police are investigating.
