Waterstone Mortgage branch opens in Rehoboth Beach

National mortgage lender Waterstone Mortgage Corp. announces the opening of a new office at 330 Rehoboth Ave., Suite B, in Rehoboth Beach. The new branch is led by Delaware native Eric Parsons.

Throughout his 14 years in the mortgage industry, Parsons has consistently been a top producer, originating more than $30 million annually. This ranks in the top 1 percent of loan originators nationally. Also joining the new Waterstone Mortgage branch are loan originators Lynn Cattafi, Shelley Foresman and Trish Raber.

Cattafi is a 15-year industry veteran and has been a top producer since entering the industry. Prior to the mortgage industry, she had a very successful real estate career. Foresman began her mortgage career in 2002. She has held multiple roles in the mortgage industry, but decided to make a switch to originating three years ago. Raber began her career at PNC Bank 10 years ago, quickly becoming a top producer. She also has six years of experience working as a real estate paralegal, which gives her insight that most loan originators do not have.

Also joining are loan production partners Gina Masenior and Lisa Betts. Masenior has many years of experience working for different home builders while Betts previously worked for two family-run ReMax offices in New Jersey. Each team member has a deep understanding of the Rehoboth Beach real estate market, which allows them to effectively help many of the local homebuyers with their mortgage financing needs. "Many buyers retire here, and we really enjoy helping them make the transition to their new life at the beach.
