Wilmington Children's Chorus to perform Dec. 6 in Rehoboth

The Wilmington Children’s Chorus is coming to All Saints’ Church, 18 Olive Ave. in Rehoboth Beach at 4 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 6.

A select choir of 25 male and female voices ages 8 to 18 will perform. The WCC is an exceptional and diverse children’s choir for the Greater Wilmington Community of Delaware. Founded in 2002, its mission is to nurture children by sharing a love and desire to excel in choral singing, performance and musical knowledge.

WCC is committed to providing free and open access to all interested children, regardless of their financial, social or ethnic background. The faculty are respected professionals with a wealth of experience in music education, voice pedagogy and performance.

Known as the singing ambassadors of Wilmington, the organization has shared its music, principles and accomplishments with tens of thousands of people throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. They are accompanied at All Saints’ by founding director David Christopher, parish friend and music director of Saints Andrew and Matthew Church in Wilmington.
