Worldwide bell-ringing event to create positive change set Jan. 1

Kathleen McGinley, founder of Heart Rock Healing, announces a new initiative that will have people all over the world uniting in an effort to shift the consciousness of the planet from a year of negativity to one of love and positivity. On New Year's Day, at 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, hundreds of people will participate in the Unity Bell Ringing Project.

Ringing bells for one minute simultaneously around the globe, participants will join in their combined intention for love and gratitude to co-create a bright 2017. Based on the belief that one's thoughts create their realities, this event brings people together to focus on what they do want as opposed to what they don't want.

In Lewes, McGinley will be hosting a gathering at 30486 Still Creek Circle, beginning 30 minutes prior to the bell ringing to help attendees further visualize a year of positivity. To watch the gathering broadcast on Facebook Live, go to www.facebook.com/mcginleyk. It will include a performance of Bob Dylan's original song, "Ring Them Bells," by local acoustic duo Bettenroo to prepare individuals for the event. Participants will ring their bells at 1 p.m. for one minute, sending a vibration to the universe as believers embracing love, liberty and stewardship of the planet. Anyone who has a bell is invited to participate.

Throughout December, McGinley has been holding Facebook Live broadcasts to help individuals release negativity and prepare for the event. People will participate in the Unity Bell Ringing Project in the privacy of their own homes, in public places or at gatherings across the world.

As a retired high school educator, McGinley has a passion to unite the world and make it a better place by providing holistic, extraordinary experiences for individuals in self-discovery. By engaging in her holistic life coaching or Heart Rock Healing events, individuals have experiences that help them heal and learn that they can co-create the life they want and deserve.

McGinley hopes to continue to hear from other individuals or organizations who are interested in hosting gatherings for this inclusive event in their part of the world. She is passionate about taking action to change the course of humanity by sending goodwill to all individuals as well as the planet.
