Zwaanendael Club food drive a success

March 26, 2024

The GFWC Zwaanendael Women’s Club would like to thank all who donated to our February food drive benefitting the Epworth Food Pantry. As a result, 4,014 pounds of food and personal items were collected to assist those in our community who are facing food insecurity.

A very special thank you to our food drive partners Micha Seto of Blooming Boutique, the Edward Jones Office of Karen Weardon, the Lewes Public Library and Lloyd’s Market, which served as collection points. We would also like to recognize the generosity of the neighborhoods of Governors, Harbor Point, Nassau Grove, Red Mill Pond, Senators and Showfield.

This year’s drive was a fantastic success, and we appreciate all who worked to help us exceed our food drive goals and continue Z Club’s mission to serve and improve our community.
