Snappy Pizza

Eating at Grandma Camp is a big deal! For guidance we adopt nutritionist Jeff Novick's FAST FOOD BASICS
(http://www.capegazette.com/blog-entry/dinner-snap/128845 ) and tweak his SNAP plan to come up with SNAPPY eating. Our SNAPPY PIZZA is Simple, Nutritious, Affordable, PlantPure and Yummy. We start with whole grain oil free pita rounds spread with oil free tomato sauce, then arrange a variety of raw and cooked toppings (we used peppers, onions, mushrooms, corn, zucchini, broccoli, black olives), herbs and spices. No meat, no dairy, no added oil, no problem! Good for kids and good for Grandma, too!

Oops! Don’t forget to pop it in the oven for 15-20 min at 375. Enjoy.
