Taco Bowls and Texas Caviar

Deep in the heart of Delaware the Potpourri Garden Club of Dover dined on Texas Caviar, Taco bowls with all the trimmings and toasted almond fudge dream cream.(http://www.capegazette.com/blog-entry/toasted-almond-fudge-dream-cream/116877#.Wb80-SRuX58.email) The occasion was a plant-based luncheon for the "Veg Curious" and I was the lucky guest. A great team of peelers, shuckers, slicers and dicers prepped a variety of veggies to accompany beans, rice, greens, onions, salsas and guacamole. What a pleasure to share with new friends the extraordinary benefits of plant-based eating for personal, animal and environmental wellbeing!
