Evolution tapping Party starts at the Pub this Wednesday

"Local".  "Sustainable".  "Farm to Table".  These are all hot buzz words in the restaurant industry right now.  The Pickled Pig Pub is proud to bring you "Brewery to Bar" - the freshest beer experience imaginable!  The Pickled Pig Pub will tap both Evolution Menagerie #5 (Russian Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels) & Spring Migration (Belgian Golden Ale Aged in Cruzan rum barrels) Wednesday June 29th at 4pm.  The Pub will have a few give aways & hopefully a visit from some of the Evolution staff to talk all things beer.  Thursday June 30th at 4pm ,Evolution Lot #3 will be on Randall the Enamel Animal with dried mango's soaked in mango rum. Friday through Monday will feature awesome Evolution draft and bottle specials!  The Evolution specials will also be in available in the dinning room & paired with food features from Chef Sane Kellager.   Mark your calanders and help us celebrate the great beer from Evolution made right here in Delaware.
