Prime Hook Road paving is complete

Old road pieces remain along the shoulder, but work has been completed to pave over washed-out sections of Prime Hook Road. Flooding caused by Hurricane Irene Aug. 27 forced closure of the road for nearly a week. A DelDOT crew filled in several washed-out sections of the road with crushed concrete to make the road passable prior to the paving project.
