CAMP Rehoboth gives Rehoboth its own 'Chorus Line'

Chorus prepares for annual concert Feb. 2

Rehoboth Beach now has its own version of “A Chorus Line.” Members of the CAMP Rehoboth Chorus gathered in late September for a photo shoot on the Boardwalk and an opportunity to promote its annual concert Feb. 2, 2013, at Epworth United Methodist Church.

The photo was choreographed by Chorus Leadership Team member Janet Layden and shot by her partner, Sue Fortier, owner of Fortier Photography in Rehoboth Beach. Fortier contributed her time, expertise and materials as she arranged chorus members in an attractive lineup, led by music director Doug Yetter and accompanist David Zipse.

The photo and others will be used in chorus publicity and marketing materials to promote the February concert, "Broadway, Our Way."

During the chorus’s regular rehearsal at the CAMP Rehoboth Community Center, some candid shots were taken by a photographer representing Delaware Beach Life magazine. The chorus will be featured in an article in the magazine’s holiday issue, published in November.

The CAMP Rehoboth Chorus is a community choral group providing high-quality musical entertainment for diverse audiences in Delaware. The chorus reflects CAMP Rehoboth’s vision to create a more positive Rehoboth by reaching out to all and bringing the community together through the power of song.
