Cannery Village group says thanks

November 9, 2012

The Cannery Village Civic Association is delivering 120 cans of non-perishable food to Casa San Francisco.

The food was donated by participants of the Great Pumpkin Carve held at the Farmers Market/DogFish Head Oktoberfest  Oct 26.

Participants gave non-perishable food items Oct. 12 and Oct. 19 in exchange for a pumpkin that they decorated from home and brought to be judged at the Oktoberfest.

Many groups and merchants assisted in making this a huge success.

Thanks to: Dogfish Head, Milton Farmers Market, Miltonian Pizza, McDonalds, Bay Leaf Restaurant, Milton Garden Club and volunteers Marty, Deby, Joe, Jeff, Roger, Kevin and Pam.

The Cannery Village Civic Association is a non-profit civic association whose membership includes 180 homeowner/residents living in Cannery Village Milton.
