November 14, 2012

Carl M. Freeman, developer of the award-winning community of Bayside, has announced the opening of a community waterside pavilion overlooking Assawawoman Bay. With more than 650 homes sold, Bayside will have more than 1,600 homes when completed. Bayside currently features outstanding resort amenities including an award-winning, Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course with clubhouse and The Cove Restaurant, The Freeman Stage for Performing Arts, two community pools, stocked ponds, a carousel park, recreational trails, lighted tennis complex with fitness center and more.
