$5 Electric Bill In July

I need to give a shout out to a company, TAPA Homes, LLC.  We provide construction loans for their customers.  I just saw last summers electric bills for a home they built two years ago.  The home is a 1,800 square foot, No Energy Bill Home model and it lives up to its name.  The energy cost for this home from June to October was $5.23.
