Salvation Army seeks volunteer Bell Ringers

The Salvation Army is in need of volunteer bell ringers in Lewes, Rehoboth, Long Neck and Bethany Beach areas for its holiday fund drive.

The Salvation Army sponsors food pantries, hospital and nursing home visitations, numerous programs for youth, including summer camps, music programs, both instrumental and vocal, regular youth activities program, a women’s ministry, Christmas food baskets and toy programs for families and youth and pastoral counseling. The Salvation Army volunteers ring their bells six days a week until Christmas Eve, filling the 70 hours a week at each location.
