Grand Rental Station of Seaford defeated Greene Turtle of Lewes 36-22 on Dec. 16  in the championship game of the Rehoboth Y Fall Flag Football League.

The win for Grand Rental was the 24th overall from spring 2012 through fall 2012, marking two consecutive championships

“Mostly all our guys are from Seaford and a few from Laurel," said Ritchie West, former quarterback for coach Ron Dickerson at Seaford.  "Our sponsor is Tim Conway. He owns Barton Southern States and Grand Rental Station. He has been pretty much taking care us. We have about 14 guys in the program."

Grand Rental was playing in a tournament in Middletown over the weekend with $1,000 in prize money going to the winner. The team played six games in Middletown over and above moving through the Rehoboth Y league to the championship.

Grand Rental has some serious speed people and excels in non-contact tournaments that are seven-on-seven with no blocking.
