January 7, 2013

Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, welcomes Jim Bligh to its office in Bethany Beach. Bligh will specialize in working with home buyers and sellers.

“We are very excited and fortunate to have Jim join us,” said Dottie Wells, Bethany office manager, “and look forward to the high quality of service to consumers that made him successful in his former career.”

“We welcome Jim to Long & Foster, a company that has helped local buyers and sellers reach their home ownership goals for more than 40 years,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate Inc.

Bligh, who recently moved to Sussex County from Montgomery County, Md., was a mortgage banker from the mid-1980s until he retired last year. He will continue to provide the excellent customer service that enabled him to have a successful referral network. Bligh served in the U.S. Navy for six years and attended the University of Maryland. He and his wife Lynne, and daughter Laura, live in Ocean View.
