The First Town Club of Lewes recently hosted Tina Hollinger, a lumbar and cervical spine exercise specialist with Forever Fit Foundation in Lewes.
Hollinger also teaches Pilates and other fitness and wellness programs.
Hollinger instructed and demonstrated exercises for the group to show how easy it is to increase physical activity, which can improve balance, reduce the risk of falls, keep muscles strong, burn calories, help maintain healthy weight, contribute to bone strength and improve flexibility.
Donna Repass, FTC board member and client of Hollinger, agreed to show the group how simple some of the exercises are. She is shown seated as Hollinger instructs her on proper form and posture.
