Bailey-Brown engagement announced

Mr. and Mrs. Russell Small of Lewes are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amber Noel Bailey, to Travis Jeremy Brown, son of Donna and Mike Brown of Smyrna, Ga.
The couple met in Clearwater, Fla., while Travis was working as an umpire for Major League Baseball.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of the University of Delaware and is currently employed by Celsis International. The groom-elect is now employed at Fastenal in Folcroft, Pa. They will be married in March 2014. The couple plans to reside in Wilmington.
