KSI receives CenDel Foundation grant

January 31, 2013

Kent-Sussex Industries Inc. has received a grant from the Potter Charity Trust Fund at the CenDel Foundation.

KSI requested funding for its transportation services. Funds will help offset the cost of providing transportation to program participants, enabling them to continue to access work services and training programs at KSI.

The Potter Charity Trust Fund at the CenDel Foundation was created to carry out the wishes of Benjamin Potter to support the poor in Kent County as directed in his will. Grants are designed to support proposals considered for charitable organizations and activities involving programs that have a lasting, positive impact on Kent County and such other charitable endeavors as the committee deems appropriate.

KSI is a not-for-profit agency providing vocational training and employment services to individuals with disabilities throughout Kent and Sussex counties. KSI is committed to making all reasonable accommodations in order to ensure that its programs and services are as accessible as possible to as many people as possible.

Donations to KSI can be mailed to KSI, Attn: Alicia Hollis, 301 N. Rehoboth Blvd., Milford, DE 19963, or donate online by going to www.ksiinc.org and clicking on the Donate Now tab.
