Mann & Sons announces Top 10 agents

Mann & Sons Inc. of 414 Rehoboth Ave. in Rehoboth Beach recently recognized and congratulated its Top 10 agents for the 2012 year.  Bob McVey, owner and broker, said, “2012 showed marked improvement in real estate sales for us, partly due to the improving overall market, but mainly due to the hard work and efforts of our top agents.”

The following Top 10 agents are to be commended for an outstanding year: Dave McCarthy (top-ranked agent), Mike Brown, Jim McAlister, Bruce Wright, Ryan Class, Kelly Brown, Susan Giove, Beverly Marta, Charlie Renschler and Judy Prouse.  These agents sold 233 units of real estate, achieving a combined volume of sales of approximately $30 million, but more importantly, they continued to maintain valuable client relationships with previous clients and build relationships with new.

Several of the agents were also recipients of Delaware Today’s coveted 2012 Real Estate Agent Five Star Award, a program designed to identify and showcase real estate agents in a local market who score highest in overall customer satisfaction.
