Lessard Builders addresses women's questions in Christina’s Corner

February 9, 2013

Lessard Builders has created an online way to answer questions about building a home. The company has created a blog, Christina’s Corner, that provides basic information on the planning and construction process common to every person wanting to build a home.

“We work with people at all stages of life, from newlyweds to growing families, to retirees relocating to Delaware looking for a state of the art, low-maintenance retirement home,” said Christina Lessard, the firm’s controller. "Actually, the blog is for everyone, but we're reaching out to women who have questions about the construction process."

Lessard represents the fourth generation of her family in the construction business. She grew up visiting job sites with her father Brian, helped clean up sites, served as office go-fer and, after earning a business degree, now serves as company financial controller.

"In addition to knowing the home and commercial construction business, Christina offers a woman’s perspective on design, color and related options for our clients," said company president Brian Lessard. “Women feel especially comfortable working with her.”

In addition to the ability to submit questions, the firm’s website also offers a free download of informational booklets.
