Richard P. Beck named Lawyer of the Year for Delaware Real Estate Litigation

Morris James LLP has announced that Richard P. Beck was selected by his peers as Lawyer of the Year for Delaware Real Estate Litigation in Best Lawyers, a worldwide peer review guide to the legal profession. With more than 40 years of experience in the areas of real estate and land-use law, Beck represents developers and builders of residential communities, office campuses, shopping centers, industrial parks, healthcare facilities, hotels and motels, restaurants and other specialty uses.

In addition to transactional matters, Beck has successfully litigated land-use cases in a variety of contexts, at both the administrative and judicial levels. Beck has created numerous condominiums throughout the state of Delaware, residential as well as commercial, including the first such projects in New Castle County and Kent County.
