ResortQuest announces 2012 top producers

ResortQuest Real Estate recently announced its 2012 top producers at its annual awards meeting at The Cottage Café in Bethany Beach.

Bill Hand of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office earned top honors for listings sold in 2012 by posting $11.6 million in listing sales volume.

Rounding out top-selling volume honors in 2012 were Tammy Hadder and Anna Meiklejohn of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office with $6.4 million each, Colleen Windrow of the Marketplace at Sea Colony with $6 million, Dayna Feher of the Bethany Beach office with $4.1 million and Anne Powell and Jennifer Hughes of the West Fenwick office with $3.9 million each.

Hand also earned top honors for the highest new listing volume in 2012 by posting $12.2 million.

Other recipients for top new listing volume in 2012 were Windrow with $8.1 million, Hadder and Meiklejohn with $7.2 million each, Robert Kauffman of the Bethany Beach office with $7 million and Feher with $5.6 million.

Top sales honors in 2012 on the selling side only went to Hand, who posted $9.6 million in sales.

Other top sales award winners were Hadder and Meiklejohn with $5.5 million each, Feher with $5.3 million, Marc Grimes of the Bear Trap office in Ocean View with $5.1 million and Windrow with $4.9 million.

The Top Producer Award for 2012 was presented to Bill Hand for posting $21.2 million in total listings sold and sales.

Rounding out the 2012 Top Producer Award honorees were Hadder and Meiklejohn with $12 million each, Windrow with $11 million, Feher with $9.5 million, and Powell and Hughes with $8.6 million each. For exceeding $10 million in total transactions, Hand, Hadder, Meiklejohn and Windrow also received a black engraved pen.

Other awards given were for the highest property sale to Powell and Hughes, the lowest property sale to Sandy Greene and Ellen McCreary of the Bethany Beach office and a tie for the most difficult sales transaction to Kauffman and Windrow.

Also recognized were the new agents who joined ResortQuest in 2012: Jerry Kappes of the Bethany Beach office, Denise Roehl of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office, Cindy Spieczny of the West Fenwick office, Bob Jennings of the Bethany Beach office and Tabatha Moore of the Bear Trap Dunes office.

ResortQuest’s administrative sales staff also honored these agents: New Star of the Year to Spieczny, Most Dedicated Star to Meiklejohn and Star of the Year to Kae Quillen of the Bethany Beach office. The sales staff are Nichole Hayes, Stephanie Wright, Christy Conaway, Rachel Conforti, Kara Blatzheim, Catherine Kougoures and Manager Charlene Sanford.

Special recognition was also given to Hand for being with the company for 40 years. Over the course of his career, he has helped more than 2,000 families buy their vacation retreats, investment properties and retirement homes.
