Stamp collector and historian Patricia Kaufmann addressed the Sussex County Stamp Club Feb. 12 in Milton, giving a talk about some rare Confederate-era stamps whose authenticity she was able to prove after years of research. In a surprise presentation, Kaufmann was made an honorary life member of the club.
