Ocean Atlantic offers free Selling Your Home Quickly class March 6

Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty is continuing its series of free informational real estate classes offered to the public. The second in the series, The Insider’s Guide to Selling Your Home Quickly, will be held at the downtown Rehoboth office at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 6.

The class is open to the public and will feature a panel of knowledgeable speakers, including Jack Kofoed, a home-staging expert, and Jamey Mault of American Hardscapes, who will emphasize enhancing curb appeal.

“The focus of this class is on quick and easy ways to maximize the value of your home through staging, curb appeal, pricing and marketing,” said Kathleen Schell, marketing director. “Jack Kofoed and Jamey Mault will be addressing simple changes, with minimum investment, which will help your home appeal to the widest pool of prospective buyers and ultimately sell for the best price.”

These classes are very informal, with information sharing, open discussion, and question and answer sessions. Participants are encouraged to bring digital photos with them if they would like personalized advice from the experts after the class ends.
