March 20, 2013

The administration and staff of Tidewater Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation have introduced Jennafer Wagner, PT, DPT, as the new clinical director of the Lewes Five Points clinic.

Wagner earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science at Salisbury University, graduating summa cum laude. She graduated from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2012.

Wagner gained clinical experience in both Delaware and Maryland, working in outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities and general rehabilitation. She has clinical experience in geriatrics, vestibular rehabilitation, orthopedics, aquatics, and neurorehabilitation.

Being local to the Eastern Shore of Delaware and Maryland, Wagner enjoys working with patients from the shore and their families. She has an instinctive way of making everyone welcome and comfortable while moving them toward their recovery goals. Wagner insists on giving every patient the direct therapist-to-patient care necessary for success, ensuring continuity of care with the same therapist throughout the recovery process.

Wagner has achieved certification as a geriatric certified specialist and is pursuing the continuing education required to become certified as an orthopedic manual therapist. Tidewater Physical Therapy has served patients on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware for more than 29 years.

The Lewes clinic is celebrating seven years of providing superior patient care in Lewes and surrounding areas. Jennafer Wagner, PT, DPT, is available for patient care and can be contacted by calling 302-645-0742.
