Beazer Homes celebrates grand opening of new Delaware community April 6

March 28, 2013

Beazer Homes USA Inc. announces the grand opening of its newest neighborhood, Bishop’s Landing, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, April 6, at the community sales center at the intersection of Windmill and Burbage roads in Millville.

Just minutes from Bethany Beach, the community offers a mix of single-family homes, town homes and villas. Homes range in size from 1,712 to 3,007 square feet and feature up to four bedrooms, up to 3.5 baths, and a wealth of home and community amenities.

“These plans were created with the casual, relaxed, beach lifestyle in mind, with no stuffy formal rooms and predictable layouts,” said Ed Gold, division president at Beazer Homes. “We’ve added features like preplumbing for outdoor showers, lockable owner’s storage, and many of the plans offer covered, enclosed patios, open-air courtyards and screened porches. You really have to experience it firsthand.”

In addition to its highly desirable location, Bishop’s Landing, when complete, will feature a stylish streetscape, stately clubhouse, Olympic-sized pool and bathhouse, tennis courts, ponds, more than 51 acres of parks and green space, fountains, fitness paths, stocked fishing pond with pier, beach shuttle and dog park.
