Coach Randy Chambers to speak at Groome UMC April 7

Coach Randy Chambers will be the guest speaker Sunday, April 7, at both the 9 and 10:30 a.m. worship services at Groome United Methodist Church, Savannah Road and Dewey Avenue, Lewes. Chambers is the DelMarVa Fellowship of Christian Athletes director.

Since its inception, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes has been challenging coaches and athletes to use the powerful medium of athletics to impact the world for Jesus Christ. FCA is the largest Christian sports organization in America.

FCA focuses on serving local communities by equipping, empowering and encouraging people to make a difference for Christ. The FCA mission is to present to athletes and coaches and all whom they influence the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as savior and lord and serving him in their relationships and in the fellowship of the church.  All are invited.
