Treva Yohe, liked helping others

Treva Yohe passed away peacefully Friday, March 29, 2013, at Cadbury at Lewes, where she was a resident.

She was born in Roanoke, Va,. to Fallie and Sarah Firebough on July 15, 1914.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Henry T. Yohe; eight sisters; and one brother. Mrs. Yohe is survived by her daughter, Genevie Beach and husband Jack Beach; four grandchildren, John W. Beach III and Ursula of Lewes, Linda Beach of Lewes, David and Jan Beach of Huntsville, Ala., and Jay and Dawn Beach of Lewes; and eight great­-grandchildren, Katie and Chad Cross, Scotty and Leah Beach, Shannon and Kyle Lynch, and Chase and Macy Beach; and many nieces and nephews.

Treva was a member of First Baptist Church, Lewes. She loved the Lord and lived her life helping others. She loved to sing, garden and bake Christmas cookies for family and friends. Treva was a very generous person, giving her love, time and money to family and causes she believed in. She loved her family and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She was a resident of Brandywine Assisted Living for seven years and Cadbury for a short time. The family would like to thank all the nurses and caregivers who took care of her.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
