New date added to Tune Your Palate with Paul Cullen
Because the April 11 Tune Your Palate with Paul Cullen sold out, The Cordrey Center staff decided to add an encore at 6 p.m., Tuesday, April 25.
Tune Your Palate is an innovative cooking class led by former Bad Company bassist Paul Cullen. Cullen artfully blends his passions for cool music, jazzy wine and divine cuisine into one signature event. He will demonstrate how to make his Italian cuisine including handmade ravioli, gnocchi and ricotta cheese, all while pairing his delicious wines and playing an intimate concert to finish the night.
As a bonus, enjoy an artisan cheese tasting/demo with Andy Meddick of Morgan and Gower Cheesemongers and handmade breads from Old World Breads. All inclusive cost is $30 per person and reservations are required. Book early!
